Cancellations
Should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment value. As a courtesy to our therapists and clients we respectfully request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in the treatment time being reduced accordingly, but charged at the full treatment price.

Payment
We accept cash or credit cards at the time of treatment. Courses of treatment must be paid in full in advance of first appointment.
Client Consultation Forms
All new clients will be required to complete and sign a consultation form disclosing any medical condition or prescribed medication that may affect any treatment – if in doubt we ask that you consult your doctor and obtain written confirmation that the treatment/ingredients in products will not have any detrimental effect.
